Officers from the Traffic Division of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec received a report of a road collision on one of the city’s streets.
At the scene, it turned out that the perpetrator was completely drunk. The 40-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, who rear-ended another vehicle, had... more than 3.5 promille of alcohol in his breath. The police confiscated the driver’s licence.

The court will decide the further fate of the 40-year-old. He faces up to two years in prison, loss of his driving licence and financial consequences.
