Officers from the Traffic Division of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained two men suspected of violating a court ban on the same day. KPP:
A 28-year-old from Osiecznica Municipality was detained on Zgorzelecka Street. By a decision of the District Court in Żary, the man is banned from driving any motor vehicles.
The second detainee was caught by traffic officers on Leśna Street. He is a 36-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County.
Both suspects now face a sentence of between three months and five years in prison.
