Special thanks are also due to the teachers and supervisors who looked after their students, supported and motivated them in carrying out such honourable activities organised by services and institutions concerned with everyone’s safety.

The competition was organised as part of the “Safe Junior” Provincial Prevention Programme. During the inauguration, the spot “Don’t Be a Sucker. Don’t Take It” was presented, addressing the issue of using drugs and designer drugs.

The programme’s main aim is to improve safety among children and young people, limit the use of psychoactive substances by minors, and increase residents’ knowledge and social awareness in this area.

Deputy Inspector Zaporowski:

During the October launch of the “Safe Junior” project, police officers responsible for prevention activities in the Lower Silesian garrison received educational cases. During meetings with parents and employees of educational institutions, the cases are used to present items most commonly used for taking and distributing drugs. The officers received 20 educational cases purchased by the Lower Silesian regional government.
