Criminal investigators arrested a 33-year-old man suspected of possessing a large quantity of drugs. While carrying out their activities, officers received information that the man might have narcotics at home. Indeed, the officers found more than 850 portions of marijuana and two ecstasy tablets in the wardrobe of the Jelenia Góra resident.
Police are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the case in detail, including where the illegal substances came from and whether the Jelenia Góra resident was involved in distributing them.
The 33-year-old was taken into police custody. He now faces a sentence of between one and up to ten years in prison. The prosecutor’s office has already placed him under police supervision and ordered him to provide bail.
