On January 13, during the weekly formation, the acting Brigade commander and head of Brigade training ceremonially presented a delegation of soldiers completing preparatory service with weapons, an inseparable attribute of a soldier. It was an extremely important day for those who had entered the gates of the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade (10BKPanc) just one week earlier.

Lieutenant Colonel Wojciech Strzelecki addressed the soldiers of the young cohort:

You are beginning three months of intensive training, and the weapon you receive today will be the most important tool you use. Take care of it and use it properly, in accordance with the applicable safety regulations and the rules presented to you by your superiors and instructors.

In response to the words “On behalf of the Republic of Poland, I present you with a weapon,” representatives of the training company proudly replied, “for the glory of the Fatherland!”, as they received their military booklets and weapons from Lieutenant Colonel Strzelecki.

They now face basic and specialist training, and above all the oath—the day every soldier remembers for the rest of their life.
