The incident occurred on Saturday, January 11, at around 1:30 p.m. Firefighters were dispatched to a collision on provincial road No. 297, near the town of Leszno Górne (Lubusz Voivodeship).
At the scene, it was established that the bus driver had lost control of the vehicle, left the road and hit a roadside tree. The driver refused medical assistance.
The police are determining the cause of the incident. The operation involved volunteer firefighters from Trzebień and Leszno Górne, firefighters from Bolesławiec and Szprotawa, as well as an emergency medical team and a police patrol.
