The incident occurred on Thursday, January 2, at around 3:00 p.m., on Piastów Street in Bolesławiec, opposite the municipal stadium. The driver of a Volkswagen Polo, a 60-year-old from the City of Ceramics, hit a property fence.
It turned out that the Bolesławiec resident was drunk. Another driver took his keys.
The person responsible for the collision could face up to two years in prison.
