The incident took place on Wednesday, December 18, after 6:00 p.m., on 1000-lecia Avenue in Bolesławiec. The driver of a Skoda, a 68-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to yield to a woman of the same age who was on the crosswalk.
The woman was hit and, as a result, the 68-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was injured. She was taken to the hospital with injuries to both legs.
