The incident occurred during the night of 17–18 December on the A4 motorway, at kilometre 36 in the direction of Germany. At around 3:30 a.m., the driver of a van, a 36-year-old resident of Jawor County, rear-ended a moving truck.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The perpetrator of the collision was fined PLN 500.
