Officers from the Independent Prevention Police Unit in Legnica, while on duty in Ścinawa, noticed the driver of a Skoda passenger car.
The young man began behaving nervously when he saw the officers. The police decided to check why. They stopped the driver for a roadside inspection.
He turned out to be an 18-year-old resident of Wołów County. The teenager’s appearance indicated that he might be under the influence of drugs. The officers’ suspicions were confirmed. KPP Lubin:
The drug test came back positive.
The irresponsible 18-year-old was arrested and taken to a police cell. He could now face up to two years in prison.
