The incident occurred on Sunday, October 27, before 10:00 a.m., in Wykroty (Nowogrodziec municipality). The 32-year-old motorcyclist, a resident of Bolesławiec County, lost control of the vehicle, brushed against a tree and fell into a ditch.
As it turned out, the man was completely drunk; he had 4 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The 32-year-old, who suffered no more serious injuries, could now face up to two years in prison.
