A native of the City of Ceramics Sebastian J. has been placed in temporary custody. As reported by koszalininfo.pl:

[…] J. has been charged with five offenses. Four concern parental abductions. What is more, the man illegally kept ammunition at home.

After three years, the son returned to his mother.

As a reminder, a Reader Czytelnik informed us about the case on Saturday, stressing that the detained Sebastian J. was from Bolesławiec.

Our fellow townsman was detained on Saturday, October 26, in one of the localities near Koszalin. As reported by se.pl:

Sebastian J. offered unusual services online—help with parental abductions. Such services are, of course, illegal. Nevertheless, [...] J. apparently remained unpunished for a long time.

The portal tvn24.pl reported extensively on the case. A reporter from TVN’s “Superwizjer” spoke with women who fell victim to this practice and are trying to recover their children.

Robert Socha, a journalist and author of the report “The Child Abduction Service,” broadcast on Saturday on TVN24’s “Superwizjer,” said on the station that Sebastian J.’s child—under a court decision—should have been with its mother for three years:

Marta J. won every possible trial and proceeding. And nothing happened. It turns out that perhaps today, for the first time in three years, she will see her child in a few hours, because she is on her way to Koszalin, where her former husband left with their son.
