The matter was reported to us by a Reader, who emphasized that the detained Sebastian J. is a resident of Bolesławiec.
The man from the City of Ceramics was detained on Saturday, October 26, in Koszalin. As the se.pl website reports:
Sebastian J. offered unusual services online—help with parental abductions. Such services are, of course, illegal. Nevertheless, [...] J. reportedly remained unpunished for a long time.
The matter is reported on in detail by the tvn24.pl portal. A “Superwizjer” reporter from TVN spoke with women who fell victim to this practice and are trying to recover their children.
According to the outlet, J. remains at the prosecutor’s disposal. So far, it has not provided details of the case.
Robert Socha, a journalist and author of the report “The Child Abduction Service,” which will be broadcast on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. on “Superwizjer” on TVN24, said on that station that Sebastian J.’s child—according to the court’s decision—should have been with the mother for three years:
Marta J. has won every possible trial and proceeding. And nothing. It turns out that perhaps today, for the first time in three years, she will see her child in a few hours, because she is on her way to Koszalin, where her former husband left with their son.
