Bolesławiec district officers, stuck in a traffic jam on one of the streets near the town market, noticed two men well known to them. The two Bolesławiec residents, aged 20 and 21, had various thefts to their name. What seemed even more suspicious to the officers was that the serial thieves were running, and one of them was carrying a box containing some products.

The district officers detained both men from Bolesławiec. As it turned out, the suspects were fleeing with 20 packages of coffee. They claimed that they had bought it, but, of course, they had no receipt.

While the officers were carrying out procedures involving the 20- and 21-year-old men, the County Police Headquarters received a report about… coffee being stolen at the market.

The victim was surprised that not only had the perpetrators been detained immediately, but the stolen property had also been recovered so quickly.

The perpetrators were charged. The case will end up in court.
