The plot will also be developed, with roads, pavements, parking spaces, fencing and greenery. The car park will have space for more than 90 cars belonging to both employees and visitors, including parking spaces for people with disabilities.
In addition to the zones and service rooms required by internal regulations, the administrative and office building will include a fitness gym.
The planned investment cost is approximately PLN 33 million. The project itself is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021. As assured by junior inspector Krzysztof Zaporowski, press spokesperson for the Wrocław Provincial Police Headquarters: “The new headquarters of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters will enable police officers and county residents to use all the amenities and high standards guaranteed by a modern complex of buildings.”
