The incident took place on Thursday, October 3, at around 2:00 p.m., on Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec. The 70-year-old Audi driver, a resident of Świdnica County, failed to yield the right of way to a Nissan driven by a resident of the City of Ceramics.
A collision occurred, as a result of which the Audi driver was injured. The man was taken to hospital. Fortunately, however, the driver did not suffer any more serious injuries.
The police seized the 70-year-old's driving licence. The case will be decided in court.
