At the Hall of Tradition of the 23rd Artillery Regiment, superiors, colleagues and coworkers bid farewell to the officer, who was completing 23 years of service in the Bolesławiec garrison.
The regiment commander, Colonel Grzegorz Potrzuski, outlined his professional achievements and summarized the many years of work contributed by Lieutenant Colonel Stefan Bednarczyk during his service in the 23rd Silesian Artillery Brigade and the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment. Summarizing his service record, the commander honored the departing officer with a letter of commendation.
Addressing those gathered, Colonel Stefan Bednarczyk thanked them for the years of what he described as good service, during which he had the opportunity to carry out his duties alongside soldiers who valued professionalism and formed a well-coordinated team that successfully fulfilled the tasks assigned by their superiors.
In accordance with tradition, a delegation of the regiment’s officers presented the departing officer with an officer’s sabre. After signing the commemorative book and taking a group photograph, Lieutenant Colonel Stefan Bednarczyk received warm wishes and congratulations from his colleagues and coworkers.
