The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 18, after 2:00 p.m., on provincial road no. 350, between Kliczków and Bolesławiec. The driver of an Opel passenger car, a 20-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, lost control of the vehicle for reasons not yet established, left the road and hit a tree.
The driver, who was subject to a court-imposed driving ban, died at the scene.
The police and prosecutor’s office are investigating the causes of the tragedy.
