District officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained two men who were carrying marijuana while patrolling the town.
The first detainee was a 19-year-old resident of Bolesławiec. He was caught because he began behaving unnaturally upon seeing the police car. (The reason? Weed hidden in the left pocket of his jacket).
The second suspect is a 22-year-old resident of Złotoryja County. He was sitting with a friend in a parked vehicle on one of Bolesławiec’s streets. During the police check, it came to light that the 22-year-old was carrying narcotics.
Both detainees may now face up to three years in prison.
