Play equipment, outdoor gym equipment and inclusive games have been installed in the recreation area. The investment was carried out by the Municipal Housing Management Company. The investor is the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The project was preceded by the conclusion of an agreement with the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative.
Multifunctional play equipment, swings and a carousel have appeared at the playground on Kilińskiego Street. The outdoor gym is equipped with the following apparatus: a pylon, lat pulldown, seated chest press, air walker, elliptical trainer, leg press, rowing machine, stepper and twister. For game enthusiasts, there are noughts and crosses, a maze escape game, chess (a table and four seats), a “connect the animals” game and Chinese checkers (a table and four seats).
The play area is surrounded by seven residential blocks and can serve children and young people as well as adults. The contractor is Saternus Distribution from Chorzów. The project cost PLN 205,138. The funds come from the budget of the city of Bolesławiec.
