Community police officers from the Lubin police headquarters noticed plants resembling marijuana on the grounds of allotment gardens. When they entered the allotment, their suspicions were confirmed.

The officers secured 10 Indian hemp plants and detained a 53-year-old man, the property owner.

During the proceedings, officers established that the marijuana was probably being grown by the detained man's 25-year-old son. The young man from Lubin was detained by criminal investigators. He was not surprised by the police visit. He admitted his guilt.

The 25-year-old has already been charged. Moreover, the prosecutor placed him under police supervision.

The suspect could now face up to eight years in prison.
