Officers from the Property Crime Department of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica identified and then arrested a 32-year-old resident of Legnica suspected of burglaries and thefts in the city.
The perpetrator broke into one of the schools in Legnica, from which he stole electrical wires. He is also suspected of breaking into the storage room of a company. The haul included a brush cutter, lawn mower, pressure washer and paints.
The losses caused by the 32-year-old’s criminal activity were estimated at nearly PLN 3,000.
The suspect now faces up to 10 years in prison.
