The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 7, at around 1:30 p.m. in Kruszyn (Bolesławiec municipality). The driver of a Volkswagen, a 40-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra, failed to give way to a Honda driven by a 51-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County.
The vehicles collided, injuring the 30-year-old Honda passenger. The woman was taken to hospital for examinations. Fortunately, she did not suffer any more serious injuries.
The offender was fined PLN 300 for causing the collision.
