At the officers’ request, we once again appeal to the woman who is believed to have witnessed the entire incident to contact the District Police Headquarters:

Let us recall. The incident occurred on Wednesday, May 8. A 16-year-old boy and his girlfriend were spending time by the Bóbr River. At one point, a woman approached them and informed them that a man was masturbating nearby.

The boy went up to the viaduct, but saw only a clothed man. He did not suspect that this was the pervert. He returned to his girlfriend, but after some time went back to the river. He then saw the man he had spotted earlier pulling up his trousers. He called his father.

When the boy’s father arrived at the Bóbr River, the two of them detained the man suspected of masturbating in public. They took photographs of him and called the police. However, the man escaped.

“He was probably masturbating while watching me and my girlfriend. We caught him and took photographs, but he ran away. He did not want to wait for the police, and we had no right to detain him. People should be careful,” the 16-year-old told us at the time.
