Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a car on Zgorzelecka Street in the Ceramic City whose driver was subject to a court-imposed driving ban, was not wearing a seat belt and, as if nothing had happened, was chatting on the phone.
What is more, it came to light that the car driven by the 24-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality was not approved for road use, while the driver himself was under the influence of drugs.
The young resident of our county could now face up to five years in prison and financial penalties.
