The incident occurred on Tuesday, 21 May, in the morning in Gromadka. According to the police’s preliminary findings, the driver of the BMW, who was probably driving too fast, lost control of the vehicle on a bend and collided head-on with a Mercedes.
The BMW was being driven by a 38-year-old man from Legnica, while the Mercedes was driven by a 32-year-old resident of Bolesławiec Municipality.
Both drivers were injured and taken to hospital with spinal injuries.
