The incident took place on Wednesday, 15 May, after 9:00 a.m., at the intersection of Cicha and Spółdzielcza streets in Bolesławiec. The driver of a Peugeot failed to give way to a 78-year-old cyclist. A collision occurred, as a result of which the younger of the two seniors was injured. Fortunately, the cyclist did not suffer any serious injuries.
Both participants in the incident are residents of Bolesławiec. The 80-year-old was fined.
