The incident occurred at night in the Miłkowice municipality. Two 18-year-olds first drank alcohol together, and then one of them decided to walk the other home.
The young men came up with the not very smart idea of taking spray paint with them. The teenage vandals first sprayed a statue of the Virgin Mary and a fence post belonging to the local parish, and then the health centre suffered the same fate. (The drunk vandals defaced the building’s façade, doors and windows with their scribblings.)
As if that were not enough, the vandals also decided to… set a waste container on fire.
Both suspects were detained by police officers from Chojnów. The suspects were charged and admitted their guilt.
They could now face up to five years behind bars.
