The incident occurred today at around 12:00 near the viaduct over the Bóbr. Two young women came across a naked man. They recorded the incident.
As they told us, one of them had already been frightened once while out walking by a man with his genitals exposed. It happened several months ago. She notified the police, but the exhibitionist was not apprehended. Now, accompanied by her friend, she decided to record him. As she explains, however, it was a different man. Does this mean there are more exhibitionists?
