The incident occurred last Monday, after 5:30 p.m., on the road between Dobra and Kliczków. Just beyond Dobra, at the intersection toward Osieczów, two cars collided.
It is already known that the 32-year-old woman from Bolesławiec failed to yield the right of way to a Peugeot driven by a 38-year-old man from Miasto Ceramiki.
As a result of the collision, the Peugeot ended up in a ditch. Three people were injured and taken to hospital.
The case will probably end up in court.
