The incident occurred on Wednesday, March 27, at around 4:00 p.m., in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki (Warta Bolesławiecka municipality).
A 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, driving a Volkswagen, failed to maintain a safe distance and rear-ended a Renault driven by a 35-year-old woman from our county.
The Renault’s passenger, a 12-year-old girl, was injured. The teenager suffered a head injury. She was taken to hospital.
Both drivers were sober.
