Reader informed us that in Dobra, near Bolesławiec, an area where houses are being built is in a terrible state:
Rubbish is blowing around the village. When it comes to waste, the situation is a tragedy.
We have written repeatedly in these pages about the mess that filthy people leave in various places throughout our county. Often, when the matter concerned the City of Ceramics, we asked for comment on the issue—sometimes from the municipal police, sometimes from the Municipal Housing Management Authority. We understand that this problem cannot be eliminated completely. We know that the services cannot stand guard in one place around the clock.
Perhaps it is worth appealing ONCE AGAIN—perhaps somewhat naively—to fans of spending time outdoors (and drinking) to take their rubbish with them. Especially now, as spring approaches and county residents will surely go for walks more often. And quite often with small children.
We appeal to those responsible for this mess to clean up after themselves.
