Officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec received a report of a break-in at one of the businesses. When the police arrived at the scene, they heard the sound of breaking glass coming from one of the rooms and then spotted a man running away.
Following a pursuit, officers detained a 28-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. (The man broke into the company building. But he did not have time to steal anything).
The suspect was charged with attempted burglary. Moreover, police officers from Nowogrodziec proved that the 28-year-old had committed two other crimes at the beginning of March: assault and property damage.
The detainee faces up to 10 years in prison.
