She called us: a reader, a resident of Bolesławiec County, who was taking two people close to her to the Emergency Department. She paid 4 PLN to enter and... had nowhere to park. She drove around the hospital grounds and did not find a single free space.
Reader:
The receipt says “parking fee”, but there is nowhere to park because the cars are bumper to bumper. What are they charging people for?
In the end, the woman parked her car outside one of the shops in the Stara Mleczarnia shopping gallery.
We contacted Adam Zdaniuk, director of the Bolesławiec ZOZ, who told us that there is usually space in the gravel parking area by the fence on the Ślusarska Street side—something not all drivers know, even though an appropriate sign is posted there. (Sometimes the director parks his own car there.)
In the past, it was easy to park near the former infectious diseases ward. That is no longer possible because there is a construction site there. (What is being built? We have written about it in our pages repeatedly, including in the article They are demolishing the former infectious diseases ward. Construction of an operating block begins at the county hospital.)
Director A. Zdaniuk apologizes for the difficulties related to the aforementioned investment.
What do you think? We will return to the subject.
