The incident occurred at around 3:00 a.m. on Kościuszki Street. The driver of a Renault Scenic failed to stop for a check. Police officers pursued him. The driver accelerated and began to flee. In the village of Łąka, the man lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a building. The man was injured. Police officers found intoxicants on him.
An ambulance was called to the scene and took the injured driver to a hospital in Legnica.
