On February 16 and 17, officers from the Traffic Department of KPP Bolesławiec will conduct an operation codenamed “Speed” in Bolesławiec County. (Increased checks will take place throughout the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.)

We remind you that exceeding the speed limit by more than 50 km/h in a built-up area results in the driving licence being confiscated and a fine of PLN 400–500.

The operation is prompted by the growing number of road incidents, the main cause of which is speeding.
Please exercise caution and adjust your speed to the prevailing road conditions.
