The incident occurred on Saturday, February 9. A 33-year-old Ukrainian truck driver pulled into one of the petrol stations in our county. He wanted to refuel his vehicle.
Seeing that the driver was completely drunk, a station employee took his keys and notified the police.
The police confirmed the report. It turned out that the man had got behind the wheel with almost 3.6 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The Ukrainian man was detained. He could now face up to two years in prison.
