The incident occurred on Sunday, February 10, before 9:00 a.m., near the economic zone in Wykroty. As reported by The Bad Bunzlauer:
The Subaru Forester was torn to pieces. A BMW M2 was also involved in the accident. A helicopter flew in for the [...] woman. A pursuit of the perpetrator who fled the scene was ongoing or had taken place.
We established that two people were injured in the accident: the 31-year-old driver of the Subaru and his 24-year-old passenger. (Both are residents of Nowy Sącz County).
The woman was transported by a Polish Medical Air Rescue helicopter to a hospital in Legnica. The 31-year-old man was taken to a facility in Zgorzelec.
The BMW driver, who caused the accident, fled into the forest. A pursuit is underway. If the man is caught, he will face charges including causing an accident and fleeing the scene.
