The incident occurred on Thursday, January 17, at approximately 7:30 p.m., on Zygmunta Augusta Street in Bolesławiec.
According to police findings, the 53-year-old pedestrian, a resident of the City of Ceramics, entered the roadway at an unauthorized location, directly in front of a BMW driven by a 40-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
Fortunately, no one suffered any serious injuries. The pedestrian was fined PLN 350.
