Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained a woman who stabbed her husband with a knife during an argument.
The police officers who arrived at the scene established the circumstances of the incident, secured evidence and detained a 51-year-old resident of Bolesławiec. The suspect was intoxicated at the time of her arrest.
The blow inflicted with a sharp instrument caused serious bodily harm to the victim. The perpetrator confessed.
The court ordered the 51-year-old woman to be held in temporary custody for three months. The suspect could face up to 15 years in prison.
