The incident took place in one of the apartments in Bolesławiec. During an alcohol-fueled party, an argument broke out and the host was beaten. Police determined that a 37-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man jointly attacked the apartment owner.
What is more, the woman used a knife.
The perpetrators fled, and the victim was taken to hospital. Officers detained the attackers in different parts of the city.
At the investigators’ request, the court remanded the aggressor in temporary custody for three months. She faces up to eight years in prison. The 37-year-old woman’s accomplice could face up to three years behind bars.
