Nearly one hundred reserve soldiers have been taking part for a week in training at the OSPWL training-ground facilities in Świętoszów. As part of the command battalion and the 4th Rocket Artillery Battalion of the 23rd Artillery Regiment, they are improving their knowledge and practical skills at their assigned positions during short-term military exercises for reserve soldiers.

Following fire training, tactical training and specialist classes conducted during the initial training period, on 21–22 November the commander of the 4th Rocket Artillery Battalion, Maj. Cezary Kaczmarczyk, conducted firing and fire-control classes with the trainees.

During the two-day training conducted in day and night conditions, soldiers serving as crews of RM-70 122 launchers carried out live-fire tasks.

Maj. Kaczmarczyk:

Live-fire exercises under conditions close to reality test the proper preparation of launcher crews, as well as personnel performing tasks at the positions of calculators, topographers and in the battalion staff.

I am convinced that the skills of all personnel will contribute to achieving the training objective and confirm the battalion’s good preparation to carry out its assigned tasks.
