Police officers from Lubin arrested a 25-year-old man suspected of psychologically and physically abusing his wife. The man from Lubin had already been in trouble with the law: he was convicted of domestic violence.
The acts of violence usually occurred when the abuser was under the influence of alcohol. The conviction did not change the man's behaviour; he continued to abuse his wife.
The 25-year-old was arrested. He will now answer for his actions before the court. At the request of the police and the prosecutor's office, he was remanded in custody for three months.
