Rondo Solidarności, between Bolesławiec and Kruszyn, is finally open! Drivers no longer have to use detours. Shortly after 10:00, in the presence of city, municipal and county authorities, representatives of the contractor and the voivodeship marshal, the ribbon was ceremonially cut. At 10:50, road workers opened the route to traffic. Only the entrance and exit to the bypass still under construction remain closed. Despite the no-entry signs and barriers having already been removed, some drivers are still stopping on Tysiąclecia Avenue, near Oxpress School, and do not know whether they can drive through yet.
When will the northern bypass section (Rondo Solidarności – the forester’s lodge) open?
There are two possibilities. The optimistic one is that the bypass will open in mid-November. The pessimistic one is at the end of November.
