The redevelopment of the former Tesco building at 49 Tysiąclecia Avenue has been completed. Quick Bolesławiec, a new retail park with approximately 5,000 m² of retail space, has been created in place of the old store.
For local residents, it is particularly significant that new brands previously unavailable in Bolesławiec will appear in the city.
ALDI will open its store on 23 September
ALDI will be the first of the new tenants to begin operating. The store is scheduled to open on 23 September.
It will be the first store of this chain in Bolesławiec. ALDI is a food discount store offering groceries as well as a changing selection of household, non-food and themed products.
Action three days later
Residents are also looking forward to a second long-awaited new store. Action is scheduled to open on 26 September. It is a brand that Bolesławiec residents have repeatedly asked about and whose arrival in the city they demanded in online comments.
Action is a chain of stores offering a wide range of home, decoration, DIY, toy, office-supply, cosmetics and seasonal products.
These are not the only new stores
ALDI and Action are not the only brands that will appear at Quick Bolesławiec. A pharmacy is already operating on the site. The retail park will also house ShockPrice, a new off-price store chain developed by Modivo Platform. The store is expected to have approximately 1,700 m² of space. The complex will also include a fitness club.
