On Thursday, October 4, a ceremony was held to present the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Marshal’s Awards. Among the 26 best athletes, including Maja Włoszczowska and Paweł Fajdek, was Bolesławiec resident – Gracjan Kozak.
The Lower Silesian authorities recognized the athlete’s latest achievement in this way: a bronze medal at the European Under-18 Championships in discus throwing.
The award from Deputy Marshal Iwona Krawczyk was accepted by Gracjan’s proud parents, whose thoughts are already in Buenos Aires. Our athlete is currently taking part in the Youth Olympic Games.
