The incident occurred on September 10, between 09:00 and 09:30, on Wrocławska Street in Legnica, near number 195. A woman riding a bicycle was pushed by a young man. The cyclist fell to the ground, suffering multiple bodily injuries. The perpetrator did not help the injured woman; on the contrary, he left the scene.
