The incident took place on Saturday, August 25, at around 7:00 p.m. on Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec, near the Mrówka market. The driver of an Audi, a 28-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, failed to keep a safe distance and hit a Renault driven by a 36-year-old man from our county.
The Renault driver was injured; he was taken to the hospital in Bolesławiec with a spinal injury. It is not yet known how serious his injuries are.
