The incident occurred on Friday, August 24, in Stara Oleszna (Bolesławiec municipality). The driver of a Ford, a 60-year-old resident of Lubusz Voivodeship, was driving too fast, lost control of the vehicle and hit a Renault traveling correctly, driven by a 48-year-old man from Zgorzelec County.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The offender responsible for the collision was fined PLN 500.
