Police officers received information that a resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality was involved in drug dealing. The officers went to the scene. There they found a 39-year-old man who had bags containing white powder and green dried plant material, a special grinder, electronic scales, and several empty resealable bags.
What is more, it came to light that the 39-year-old was wanted by the Bolesławiec court. (The detainee had a one-year prison sentence to serve for previous drug-related offences.)
Moreover, the police proved that the suspect had been dealing in narcotics.
The man was detained, and the illegal substances were secured. (They included methamphetamine—20 doses—and approximately 10 doses of marijuana.)
The suspect was charged that same day. He pleaded guilty and gave a detailed explanation.
The detainee has already been taken behind bars. He now additionally faces up to 10 years in prison.
